Opportunity knocked and we answered the door. On Cosby, Chef Jokin "JJ" Josh teams up with entrepenuer Unc'l "Fat Man" Fred to hickory smoke some of the best tasting pork ribs and butts this side of the Mississippi.
On a busy US Highway 321 into the Smoky Mountains National Park, Fred and Josh cook up and serve their pork specialties and southern sides roadside. Equipped with a transportable smoker and grill manufactured by Tucker Cooker of Memphis, we'll amaze you with the juicy tastiness of our product. We cook our product the slow way - all day - and our fuel comes right from the forests that surround us. If you've smoked meats in your own backyard then you know that there's no better to do it.
We combine 20 years of experience with small scale marketing (local and internet) to provide you a superior homemade product that we know you will enjoy.
